This little side job of mine hasn't quite fell into its nitch.  The original idea was to have a glorified drum machine that I could bring to shows and play along with.  However, the sequencer that I bought, an E-mu XL-7, is geared more towards writing electronic music than just drum parts.  It's spawned a whole new avenue of electronic music which, like I said, will find its place.  Until then, I'm going to continue writing songs and eventually seek avenues for publishing.

For all you ravers, here are some samples of what I've been writing with my sequencer.

This song is pretty much complete.  It was a project that I had worked on whenever I had time during the holiday season.  I'm pretty impressed that I was able to come up with something as cool as this while working until 9:00 every night of the week.  Enjoy!

Here's a new song called Thonk!  It was named after the "thonking" bass line that is so prominent throughout the song.  In fact, the song is quite bass-driven, but I spent a good amount of time focusing on melodies too.  Let me know what you think!!
